License Agreement #
Our standard license agreement allows you to use our software on only one computer at a time. We allow you to install our software on a studio desktop computer and on a laptop computer, as long as they are owned by you, and only used by you. The computers may not be run at the same time. You may not make the software available over a network where it could be used on multiple computers or users at the same time.
Our license agreement does not allow for the transfer of any of our programs to another person or entity such as a company. Whether they are ordered individually, as a bundled product, as a full version or an upgrade the license is to remain with the registered user identified at the time of purchase for all programs.
We trust our customers to respect our intellectual property rights, just as they would expect other people to respect the rights of their images.

Refunds #
All refunds must be approved by Cradoc Corporation. Please make your request by submitting a request through our Online Support Form. If you are eligible for the refund, we will email you a Refund Application form. You must deactivate and remove all copies of the program from your computer, sign, date and return to us the Refund Application form within 30 days of your purchase date.
